AIDA AUTO MOTORIST (PVT) LTD is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
✅ Welcome customers and receive vehicles for service & repairs
✅ Prepare job cards and repair estimates
✅ Coordinate with technicians and spare parts team
✅ Keep customers updated on repair progress
✅ Ensure excellent customer service and vehicle handover
Requirements:
✔ Previous experience in an automotive workshop or dealership is preferred
✔ Good knowledge of vehicles (European vehicle experience is an advantage)
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Basic computer literacy
✔ Valid driving licence is an added advantage
