Fuel delivery system.

Fuel Pump :
The fuel pump assembly comprises a sieve, a filter, and a sealed electric motor unit. Over time, motor armature coil fatigue diminishes rotational force and fuel pressure. Consequently, reduced fuel pressure may trigger a fuel lean DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) within the Engine Control Module (ECM). Furthermore, a dirty fuel tank can obstruct the sieve and clog the filter, impeding fuel suction and flow. This overload may leads to motor overheating and reduced lifespan. To reduce chances of contamination, utilize reputable fueling stations.

The following components will also affect the vehicle power.
2. Fuel Injectors
3. Fuel Lines
4. Engine Control Module (ECM)

Suboptimal fuel delivery can result in inferior vehicle performance. Insufficient fuel delivery may compromise acceleration, potentially leading to unsatisfactory performance compared to vehicles of similar class.

Hi good people.
I have come across many serious and dangerous situations caused by mechanics. Lately it seems mechanics are no longer professionals but people looking for a quick buck. Imagine a brake caliper that is left loose and vehicle owner is unaware and hits the road. This scenario is real, one of my client had a quick fix somewhere and the caliper was left loose not to mention I have also come across a loose lower arm ball joint. Some accidents are prearranged by mechanics. Always go to established garages with professional mechanics to reduce chances of poor workmanship.

BRAKES!

What stops a vehicle?
Let expound this.
Visualise this, 100kg man wearing flat sole shoes won't break a badly fitted tile but 80kg woman wearing stilettos may crack the same tile. Force applied in a smaller area generates more pressure and heat, meaning smaller brake discs heat faster and brake fade is unavoidable. Extremely hot brake disc surface will not have better grip as brake pad material will change form due to excessive heat.

Two facts about braking efficiency:
1.Bigger diameter brake discs increases braking torque.
2. Lager brake disc surface area takes time to heat up. (a) Thicker disc don't warp easily.

Let me explain this, the further the brake pad is from the center of the wheel hub the less force is required to grip the disc. Visualise a situation where you are loosening wheel lugs with a short L handle and where you are using a longer breaker bar.
When we come to heat and brake fade the lager surface area can be abused repeatedly before it overheats and exhibit fading effects, it stay cooler longer than smaller disc. Big brake discs are usually thicker so they don't bend easily under brake force when hot, discs with small circumference are usually thinner and heat up quickly, the heat makes them easy to deform by brake pad force.

The best combination of better braking is good tyres and braking in time. Thin cheap tyres will never stop that vehicle at high speed whether one is using Big Brake Kit or not, BBK work better than factory setup only if they are combined with tyres that have an excellent grip on the tarmac and ABS dash light isn't one of the lights for festive season.
When the road surface is wet even wider tyres may fail if they aren't designed to handle hydroplaning.
Drive safely and don't overtake blindly, always observe braking distance kept by other drivers

Working on an accident vehicle that was not properly repaired is a nightmare. Interchanged ECU sockets, wrong BCM and mangled wiring harness is scaring stuff but equipped with the the right knowledge and top of the range tools we have managed to restore it to factory functionality.
