THE DPF IS INNOCENT!

Before you accuse, blame or delete the dpf, consider the following;

1. The DPF is designed to filter or retain only a predetermined quantity of soot and ash from a diesel engine combustion.
2. It's not the dpf's fault that your air/fuel ratio is incorrect or lack of combustion.
3. It's not the dpf's fault that your EGR is not functioning properly.
4. It's not the dpf's fault that you're running your engine on low grade l**e oil.
5. It's not the dpf's fault that your injectors are leaking or dosing excessive fuel.
6. It's not the dpf's fault that your glow plugs are not heating.
7. It's not the dpf's fault that you run your diesel car on short start-stop daily routines.
8. It's not the dpf's fault that your car ECU is unable to initiate active dpf regeneration.
9. It's not the dpf's fault that you fail to take your car for an occasional long drive.
10. It's not the dpf's fault that you don't use good quality fuel on your car.

At Professional DPF & CAT. Cleaning Center EA, we restore the DPF to its as-new status but you're the warranty if you observe the above listed points.

DAMAGED DPF!

Never try to clean a clogged dpf with a pressure wash. The water jet cuts like a knife.

This dpf was brought to Professional DPF & CAT. Cleaning Center EA for cleaning after the client had tried a pressure wash. The membrane dislodged by the water jet embedded itself in the filter holes blocking them permanently.
