DO'S & DONTS WHEN BUYING A VEHICLE FORM A CAR DEALER OR IMPORTER
Ask for authority to sell.
Confirm milege from QSIJ if not on QSIJ ask for the certificate of road worthiness issued by KEBS( this gives correct mileage as issued by KEBS).
If car imported from Japan (which most are) ask for auction sheet, it tells you if car has ben repaired, best grade is 4.5, R grade means repaired.
Avoid deal cars this is a red flag
