Compact SUVs
Compact SUVs are smaller in size but still offer the versatility and elevated driving position characteristic of larger SUVs. They are ideal for urban environments, providing easier maneuverability and better fuel efficiency while maintaining ample cargo space and comfort.

Mid-Size and Full-Size SUVs
Mid-size and full-size SUVs are larger than their compact counterparts, providing more interior space, power, and often, advanced capabilities. These vehicles are suitable for families, long road trips, and those needing extra cargo capacity

One of the most prominent features of SUVs is their four-wheel drive (4WD) and all-wheel drive (AWD) capabilities. These systems provide improved traction and control, making SUVs ideal for a variety of driving conditions, including snow, mud, and rocky terrain.

Hot Climates [deserts, tropic].

1. Engine Cooling System Stress
Overheating is more likely, so coolant levels and radiator efficiency must be checked more often.

2. Battery Life Shortens
Heat accelerates battery fluid evaporation and internal corrosion.

3. Tire Pressure Fluctuates
Heat expands air in tires, which can lead to overinflation and blowouts.

4. Oil Degradation
High temps cause engine oil to thin faster, reducing its protective quality.

5. AC System Load
AC systems work harder and may need more frequent servicing.

Cold Climates [mountains, northern regions]

1. Battery Efficiency Drops
Cold slows chemical reactions inside batteries, making starts harder.

2. Thicker Fluids
Oil and transmission fluid thicken, requiring synthetic or cold-rated fluids.

3. Tire Pressure Drops.
Cold air contracts, lowering pressure and increasing wear risk.

THE [ CVT ] CONTINOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION;

The CVT works differently than a conventional automatic gearbox. Instead of having a fixed number of gears, the CVT provides an infinite number of gear ratios via pulleys connected to the engine and the driving wheels.
Combining the two pulleys is a flexible belt, and the width of the pulleys will change depending on how much power is applied by the driver.

ADVANTAGES OF A CVT;

CVTs are lighter and more compact than a regular automatic.
There are fewer moving parts inside a CVT.
CVTs deliver better fuel economy since the engine is constantly maintaining the ideal torque ratio.
The CVT is smoother and operates with virtually zero “shift shock.”
CVTs offer faster acceleration and no gear hunting when driving over inclined roads.

DISADVANTAGES OF A CVT;

Depending on the vehicle, some CVTs could produce a loud, droning sound under heavy acceleration.
According to some drivers, CVT-equipped vehicles are less engaging to drive due to the absence of physical gear ratios.
CVTs are expensive to repair or replace.
