Oversee daily workshop activities, manage technical teams, ensure quality repairs and maintain efficient workflow. Requires 5–7 years of workshop management experience.
✅ Senior Service Advisor
Act as the bridge between customers and technicians, manage customer relationships, prepare estimates, handle service bookings and drive customer satisfaction.
✅ Front Desk & Admin Officer
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, manage bookings, customer inquiries, records management and front office operations.
✅ Customer Experience Officer
Monitor the customer journey, collect feedback, resolve concerns and develop strategies that improve customer satisfaction and retention.
✅ Senior Diagnostic Technician
Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics, interpret fault codes, prepare technical reports and support repair teams with accurate fault identification.
✅ Mechanical Technician
Carry out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
✅ Electrical Technician
Diagnose and repair vehicle electrical systems, wiring faults and electronic components while maintaining high-quality repair standards.
✅ Inventory Controller
Manage parts procurement, inventory control, stock monitoring, supplier relationships and workshop inventory records.
✅ Body Works Technician
Perform vehicle body repairs, restoration, panel work and collaborate with painting teams to restore vehicles to original condition.
✅ Car Wash Master
Handle professional vehicle cleaning, detailing, steam washing and ensure excellent customer experience within the wash bay.
