A JOB OFFER

We are looking for a Spanish accounting experienced staff to join our team and support our daily office procedures.

A successful Spanish accounting experienced staff will act as the point of contact for our South American Offices, whose main duty is to check accounting reports in Spanish. If you are someone with unquestionable integrity and have previous experience as such, we’d like to meet you. Our ideal candidate also must have a working knowledge of MS Office applications, most especially Excel and Word.
Ultimately, you should be able to understand accounting terms written in Spanish and make sure that they are organize and accurate.

Responsibilities
• Checking day to day transaction of the receipts or expenses of our South American offices
• Collaborate with internal groups or partners, privy to ensure accurate and complete accounting report.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone or e-mail
• Ensure that all reports are submitted on time

Requirements and skills
• Must be able to read and understand Spanish
• Reporting Skills or Proficiency in MS applications, like MS word or MS Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field, with at least minimum accounting/bookkeeping experience is a big plus
• Must be flexible in different working hours

Expected Salary for this post is salary range P40,000 - P50,000.00
