There are thousands of shops selling copy QLW connectors online. But did you know NONE of the copy QLW connectors use QLW type terminals. All copies use 250 type terminals. Have a look at the image and you can see this is no small difference. The spring force ( creates and maintains good contact ) is double on the QLW originals. The contact area is larger on top and bottom of the male terminal ( ignore the terminal crimp area as these are for different sized cables and its the contact area between the terminals that is most important ).

Headlight trigger signal inverter unit. Some new model with LED headlight use an Active Low ( 0v ) signal to turn on the high beam. But many accessory light kits need an Active High ( 12v ) signal. Example where you want your handlebar headlight switch to activate your accessory lights. This unit converts the 0v high beam signal to 12v. This is a solid state device using mosfets. We also have a relay device that performs the same function. The benefit of the mosfet is no switch noise and in theory longer life.

The unit is limited to 2A, so is meant to be used as a Trigger In for your accessory light kit. It is not designed to power your accessory lights. It can also be used on FJR1300 horn signals which are also Active Low.

Acti-Lo High Beam Active Low to Active High Converter, is a small device to convert Active Lo ( 0v ) high beam signals to Active High ( 12v ) outputs. The unit uses a mosfet inverter circuit, so is solid state. Rated at 2A continuous it is designed to power relays or switched inputs only. It is not....

Honda Transalp XL750 Aux Light Harness 22-24.

Cool little harness, that takes power from the front Acc connector ( 2 Pin ) and has a splitter for the headlight connection, giving you a HI and LOW activated output for LED accessory lights. If your LED accessory lights have two inputs you can have them switch from your handlebar Hi/Lo switch. Or you can connect the low output to a DRL and the high output to your Aux LED lights. Lots of options.

Due to the wiring size on the XL750 this kit is limited to 7A total for both LED lights. We will make a battery or fuse box connect version that will handle up to 15A. To be released shortly.

Triumph Sprint 1050 SH847 Rectifier Adapter Bracket.

This is a rectifier adapter bracket for any bike with 80mm spacing on their OEM rectifier. It allows the SH847 rectifier to be mounted in any of 8 positions. It works on the Triumph Sprint 1050 but will also work on any bike with 80mm hole spacing for the OEM rectifier.

Allows installation of a Series type rectifier for reliability and reduced load on the stator.

We doing a lot more these days with charging systems. Some customers have asked for a rectifier upgrade for the F800/F700 models. There was a change in 2013 to the mount system.

This fits 2013-2018 F800/F700 models and allows you to run a Series SH847 rectifier. This is a switching type rectifier that reduces loan on the stator, as well as being more powerful than the small OEM unit. We also offer adapter cables. You can order the bracket, or the cables or the rectifier or all three.

Our prices on the SH847 are about the best around, for original Shindengen rectifiers.

KOVE 450 Rally PC-8E kit added. One of our more expensive kits. But we will add cheaper options shortly ( PC-4E, PC-8R, 4CS ). Its plug an play and provides 6 switched and 2 battery direct connections. This kit mount up in the front fairing or behind the meter tower. We are looking at making some kits for under the seat area also. As always, high quality.

Electronic fuse box, so no need for physical fuses, just turn the bike Off, then On, to reset any fuse. If the fault is cleared the fuse is active. If the fault remains, the fuse simply trips and waits to check again, the next time the bike is started.

Added a LED Strobe unit for spot or fog lights. Has a horn input, so when the horn is activated, the LED lights will strobe. When horn is released, the light return to their ON state. Two outputs and can handle up to 80W ( total ) i.e. 2 x 40W lights or 1 x 80w light.

WAGO 221-2411 inline splice ( not really a splice connector ) are now an option on 4CS and PC-8E and PC-4E accessory fuse boxes. Also sold separately on the site. Recommend to strip 1/4" or about 6mm of wire. Check connection after closing latch with a small tug on the wire. Rated at 20A and size is 8.1 x 8.9 x 35.5 mm (width x height x depth).
