Mihyar Motor Sport (MMS) has many years experience working in motor sport at all levels, in many different c
ountries. All of the services offered my MMS have been created and developed by highly motivated and rally experience people. MMS can prepare and provide the following:
Project Plans:
• Prepare Motor Sports events budget, Project Plan and time line for Motor Sport events. FIA:
• Liaise with the ASN and the FIA to register International events, Prepare Draft regulations for the FIA Approval, and prepare all the FIA Standard documents required before and during the events. Route and rally venue:
• Route survey for Special Stages, Route survey for road Section Stages, Draft Route from start to finish, HQ, Service Park, and Scrutineering, Time Schedule, Site plans for Start, Finish, Service Area, Rally headquarter, and Scrutineering area, and design Super Special Stages (one or two cars)
Prepare of the following master books as per the FIA standard:
• Supplementary Regulations, Rood Book, Guide Book, Safety Plan Book, Time Cards, Time sheets….Etc
Manpower/ Training
• Prepare manual book for training, In door and out door training, Manpower needs, Recruit manpower. Event Key Officials:
• Event Director, Clerk of the Course the event according the (FIA) Federation International de L' Automobile Regulations, Deputy and Asst. C.O.C , Chief time keeper, Chief of results, Chief Media officer, Stage commanders, Post chiefs, Chief Scrutineering and Scrutineers….etc. Other Services:
• Print production for the entire event Books, Documents, Car Stickers, Pre events preparation (Entries, Equipments, Traveling, Motor Sport Consultations and Evaluations, Motor Sport development, Provide event marketing plan, Work with, and supervise the marketing staff. Media:
• Provide event media plan, Provide event Arabic and English press releases, Disrepute press releases to most comprehensive e-mail data base, Manage and supervise Events FIA press conference, Montour events press cuttings, Provide TV and stile photography. Equipment:
• Provide all the FIA control signs, Stage setup, Timing equipment….
