We’re hiring! 📢 Join the Tropical Battery team. 🔋
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of company products while providing excellent customer service.

《Key Responsibilities》

• Deliver products to customers on assigned routes

• Load, secure, and unload goods safely

• Verify orders and complete delivery documentation

• Collect cheques where required and issue receipts

• Communicate delivery updates or issues to dispatch

《Requirements》

• Valid open General Driver’s Licence

• Be able to drive a 5 tonnes/split gear truck

• Previous delivery driving experience is an asset

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Physically fit and dependable

《Work Environment》

• Field-based role with regular driving, warehouse exposure, and strict adherence to safety and PPE standards.

Tropical Battery Company Limited is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Facilities Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance and upkeep of the Company's facilities, grounds, fleet, and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the Company's premises remain clean, safe, functional, and professionally maintained.

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

Maintain lawns, gardens, landscaped areas, and external grounds through grass cutting, trimming, pruning, and general upkeep.

Clean and maintain parking lots, walkways, loading bays, building exteriors, and other external areas to a high standard.

Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance, including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general handyman repairs.

Wash and clean Company trucks, motor vehicles, and maintenance equipment, and ensure tools are properly maintained and stored.

Conduct routine inspections of buildings and grounds, report maintenance issues and hazards, maintain drainage systems, and support hurricane preparedness and post-storm clean-up activities.

Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies, support Company events, and perform other related duties as assigned.

《Qualifications & Experience》

Secondary school education or equivalent.

Previous experience in facilities maintenance, grounds maintenance, landscaping, construction, janitorial services, or a similar role would be an asset.

Basic handyman skills, including simple plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.

Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment.

Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in varying weather conditions.

Reliable, dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Mobile Response Battery Technician

《Key Responsibilities》
• Respond to customer service requests & provide on-site battery installation & replacement services.
• Perform battery and charging system testing & basic vehicle electrical diagnostics.
• Deliver professional, courteous & timely customer service.
• Complete warranty documentation & process mobile POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain assigned tools, equipment & company motorcycle in a safe & serviceable condition.

《Qualifications & Requirements》
• Valid Class 1 Motorcycle Licence held for a minimum of one (1) year.
• Clean driving record.
• Physically fit & able to lift automotive batteries.
• Basic automotive or mechanical knowledge is an asset.
• Willingness to learn & successfully complete Company technical training.

• Install, test & replace automotive batteries.
Perform battery & charging system diagnostics.
