🎉 Happy 162nd birthday, Robert Bosch! 🎂
Our company founder was born on September 23, 1861, in Albeck near Ulm, Germany. He was a man of many interests from nature and agriculture to health, education, and social policy, but above all, technology. 💡

🌍 As a young precision mechanic, he moved from Ulm to New York, U.S., in 1884 to follow the progress of technology. He approached the world with a curious and open mind his entire life, embracing new ideas, like the telephone and the safety bicycle.

He firmly believed that technology's true purpose was to enhance the quality of human life. To this day, we, as a company, maintain our founder’s principles and values and use them as drivers for developing our products and solutions. In the picture, you can see him on his 80th birthday with a small working model of an injection pump, which Bosch apprentices had made for him.
