Ecomotive Solutions expands its application range with a new LPG conversion developed for the Ford Ranger 2.3 EcoBoost Plug-in Hybrid. 🔧

The vehicle is equipped with the ES Direct Duo 90.4 system, specifically designed for the latest-generation direct-injection engines, featuring:

▪️ IG7 Ohm injectors 💉
▪️ Spectre ES reducer 🔩
▪️ FG4 filter 🧰
▪️ 70-litre gross-capacity LPG tank ⛽

By combining plug-in hybrid technology with LPG, the Ford Ranger can use electric power for shorter trips 🔌 and LPG for longer journeys 🛣️, helping reduce fuel costs while extending the vehicle’s overall driving range.

This latest application confirms that LPG remains a practical, efficient and cost-effective solution , even for today’s most advanced powertrain architectures.

Fiat 600 Hybrid converted to LPG: efficiency, innovation and sustainable mobility. ⚡⛽

Ecomotive Solutions brings alternative fuels to the latest-generation powertrains with a new application developed for the Fiat 600 Hybrid.

The vehicle has been converted into a petrol/LPG Bifuel solution through a direct injection system designed to integrate seamlessly with the original hybrid technology.

The goal? To reduce fuel consumption and emissions without compromising reliability, performance or driving pleasure.

🔧 Installed configuration:
• ES DIRECT 48.4 ECU
• FG4 Rail filter
• Spectre pressure reducer by Autogas Italia
• Rail IG7 injectors, 3 cylinders – 1 ohm

This conversion combines the benefits of electrification with the convenience and flexibility of LPG, while preserving the original characteristics of the hybrid system.

🌱 Ecomotive Solutions at “Biomethane in Motion”

On June 15, Ecomotive Solutions took part in the conference organized by Federmetano and Promotec to discuss biomethane, technological neutrality and transport decarbonization.

During the technical roundtable, Managing Director Giovanni Deregibus highlighted the importance of accelerating the energy transition through technologies that are already available and capable of delivering real environmental benefits.
