Honda Team Asia returned to action this weekend at the iconic Silverstone Circuit for the Qatar Airways Grand Prix of Great Britain, the 12th round of the 2026 Moto3 World Championship, following a three-week summer break.
Veda Ega Pratama came back from the break with renewed energy and determination. Meanwhile, Kiattisak Singhapong joined the team for his Moto3 World Championship debut, stepping in for Zen Mitani as the Japanese rider continues his recovery from the hand injury sustained at the Dutch Grand Prix in Assen.
▪️Veda Pratama made another strong comeback in his rookie Moto3 World Championship season. The Indonesian rider made a great start from P15 and moved into the top 10, but lost contact with the leading group after incidents ahead. Pratama continued to fight throughout the 15-lap race, eventually finishing P9️⃣ to secure valuable championship points.
▫️Kiattisak Singhapong made an impressive World Championship debut. Starting from P22, the 19-year-old Thai rider showed determination throughout the race and fought his way to P1️⃣5️⃣, getting his first Moto3 World Championship point.
A memorable debut for Singhapong, becoming one of the few Thai riders to score a World Championship point on his Grand Prix debut.
