Engineering insights.

Structural analysis plays a key role in our engineering approach, enabling us to predict and evaluate how structures behave under different loads and constraints using advanced numerical methods such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA).

This process verifies the strength, stiffness, and safety of components while optimizing designs to reduce weight without compromising performance or reliability.

By integrating this expertise into our engineering workflow, we contribute to the development of efficient solutions and support a smoother transition from design to manufacturing.

The curing process starts here.
By combining precisely controlled temperature and pressure, autoclaves create the ideal conditions for composite materials to achieve their highest mechanical performance.
Every cycle is carefully programmed and monitored to ensure quality, consistency and reliability in every component.

Precision cutting.

Based on production requirements, the composite material roll is taken out of cold storage and allowed to thaw under controlled conditions.

Once ready, it is loaded onto the cutting machine, where each ply is cut according to the specifications defined by our engineering team.

Each cut piece is then identified, coded, and organised to ensure full traceability and efficient preparation for the lamination process.

For the fourth consecutive year, we are proud to support PMG Italia’s “Città ad impatto positivo”, an initiative that promotes accessibility, social inclusion and sustainability through local partnerships.

Thanks to Azienda Pedemontana Parmense, this commitment has supported social taxi services for citizens and educational initiatives that engage students on social responsibility and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

A tangible example of how social corporate responsibility can drive meaningful change within the local community.

Led by PMG Italia, “Città ad impatto positivo” brings together companies, schools, institutions, and local organizations to support accessible mobility, social services and sustainability-focused projects that address real community needs.

Two fully equipped 9-seat vehicles support a social taxi service that helps residents stay connected to essential services and daily activities. In 2025:
35.000 journeys
260 citizens supported
25 vehicles operating

Students from IC Ettore Guatelli, a school in Collecchio, Parma, explored social responsibility and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, developing ideas to create a more sustainable and inclusive future, starting with their own community.

50 students engaged
5 hours of sustainability training
8 hours dedicated to project development
5 hours of idea pitching and contest activities

Together, we are helping build more accessible and inclusive communities.

Our first Imprese Aperte experience. An opportunity to connect.

Taking part in Imprese Aperte meant opening our doors to share who we are, our values, and the passion that drives our work every day.

It was a pleasure to welcome students, families and visitors, introducing them to the people behind our company and offering a closer look at the environment where innovation, teamwork and expertise come together.
