MTM, Main Sponsor of SO.GA 2026, brings to the event one of the builds that made history.
The MTM Bimoto was born from the first-generation Audi TT and remains one of the most extreme creations ever built by MTM.
Its most distinctive feature is its twin-engine layout: two 1.8 turbo engines, one at the front and one at the rear, each with its own transmission — creating a truly extraordinary bi-motor configuration.
In terms of performance, several sources report around 740 hp, 950 Nm of torque and a top speed of approximately 393 km/h, equal to 244 mph. Some later developments are said to have reached over 1,000 hp, with two engines producing around 500 hp each.
The MTM Bimoto became famous for its mission to break the 400 km/h barrier. In 2002, one of the first versions was reported with around 652 hp, produced by two 1.8 turbo engines delivering 326 hp each.
More than just a car, the MTM Bimoto is a statement of engineering, vision and pure VAG culture.
A true icon.
Coming to SO.GA 2026.
