Stromboli is one of the few places in Italy where you can watch an active volcano erupt from the deck of a yacht at night. On this evening the crater was throwing fire, the sea was glowing red and a lava flow ran down the slope toward the water under a clear sky.

Pizza chef. On the back deck. At the Monaco Yacht Show. 🍕

While the pontoons filled up with people, Chef Andrea was busy at ANIMA's aft deck counter. He stretched the dough by hand, spooned on the tomato, tore the mozzarella over the top and slid it into the oven. Out came a margherita with a properly puffy, blistered crust, and a spicy pepperoni right behind it.

This is the kind of thing guests ask for on charter. No restaurant, no booking, just a chef who makes your pizza fresh while you stand there with a drink in your hand.

A pair of dolphins fell beside BLUE EYES and rode the bow wave for a while, playing in that deep, endless blue. No matter how many times it happens, everyone still runs to the rail like it's the first time.
