This will be a special engine for a very special motorcycle!
Starting with an old engine, the crankcase was completely overhauled and lightened.
The crankshaft was balanced and lightened (thanks to the expertise of Motoren Israel).
Pistons were weighed and balanced to within a tenth of a gram. Cylinders were bored with new cast iron liners and displaced to 1070cc.
Long Siebenrock connecting rods were coupled with an asymmetric camshaft for incredible torque.
The heads were overhauled, repaired, and fitted with larger valves to allow the engine to breathe better.
And much more is yet to come!!

Crash bars... they're useful if the bike falls to the ground while stationary or at low speed.
ut if you install "extremely" sturdy crash bars that are "well-secured" to the frame, and then you fall at a certain speed, you'll inevitably end up damaging the frame!
And then you have to disassemble the entire bike to make the repairs...

So you discover that "various individuals" have messed up the electrical system and you have to fix it...

Then we fix other things discovered during the work.
In the end, a "reborn" bike that's a pleasure to ride on mixed terrain!

Another overhaul of the cylinder kits.
When the valve guides become oval and the seats are worn, the engine inevitably loses power.
Then you disassemble everything and discover that even the rocker arms are gone.
It's time to put everything back together properly!

Big Bore Kit. First we work on the mechanics, balancing the pistons, removing any sharp edges, then machining the heads. Then we assemble everything with care and skill.
