Isi lye camshaft play zaroori hai. Pls Read 👇

Timing tab milaya jaata hai jab compression stroke ke baad piston top par hota hai. Is dauraan dono cam pe koi load bahi hota, jiski wajah se camshaft free hota hai. Play check karne se pata chalta hai ki compression stroke ho chuka hai aur ab spark ki baari hai.

Agar camshaft tight hai yaani uspe cam ka load hai, jo intake stroke ke pehle hota hai. Tab timing set karna galat hai. Aur agar kiya to piston damage, valve damage, power loss engine overheat ho sakta hai.

How piston rings work let's see 😍

Bike ke engine me piston rings bahut important part hote hain. Ye piston ke bahar grooves me lage hue chhote metal rings hote hain.

🔧 Piston Rings ke main kaam
Compression ko seal karna
Piston ring combustion chamber ki gas ko piston ke neeche crankcase me leak hone se rokta hai. Isse engine ki compression aur power maintain rehti hai.

Engine oil ko control karna ✔️
Oil-control ring cylinder wall par extra engine oil ko scrape karke wapas neeche bhejti hai. Isse combustion chamber me zyada oil nahi pahunchta.

Heat transfer karna ✔️
Piston se cylinder wall tak heat transfer karne me bhi piston rings help karti hain.

Piston Rings correct fitment 🫶

Bike ke piston rings engine ke andar bahut important part hote hain. Simple language mein:

🔧 Piston Rings kya karte hain?
Piston par generally 3 rings hoti hain:

Compression Ring – combustion ki gas ko crankcase mein leak hone se rokti hai.

Second/Scraper Ring – extra oil ko control karne aur compression sealing mein help karti hai.

Oil Control Ring – cylinder wall par zaroori oil film rakhti hai aur extra engine oil ko scrape karti hai.

Mileage girna

Engine oil mein excessive pressure/blow-by

Compression kam hona

Spark plug oily hona

🛠️ Rings badalne par
Sirf ring change karna har case mein sufficient nahi hota. Cylinder bore, piston clearance aur ring end gap bhi check karna zaroori hai. Cylinder wear zyada ho to piston/cylinder work bhi required ho sakta hai.
