FADA has approached the apex body with a request for permission of sale and registration of BS4 vehicles till May 31, 2020, Supreme Court agrees to hear petition.

It was just last month that the Supreme Court rejected FADA's application to extend the deadline by a month due to clear dealer stock of BS4 vehicles.

The Supreme Court will hear FADA's plea, via video conferencing, at 3 PM today. In light of the current extraordinary circumstances, the industry body had requested an extension of a few months.
