We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Dealer In-House Trainer at Dhingra Trucking Pvt. Ltd., an authorized dealer of BharatBenz. This role offers the chance to shape the learning journey of employees and contribute to our organizational growth.

Position: Dealer In-House Trainer

📍 Location: Dharuhera, Haryana

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct engaging training sessions on technical and soft skills.
-Design and deliver training programs using LMS & e-learning platforms.
-Build strong relationships with employees and promote a culture of learning.
-Monitor and evaluate performance improvements post-training.
-Assist in budget management and critical thinking initiatives for training.

Desired Profile:
✅ Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
✅ Skills: Technical expertise, leadership, MS Office, performance evaluation, critical thinking, and budget management
✅ Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role within the automobile industry, preferably focused on Buses and Trucks only

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

-Identify and engage potential customers to promote BharatBenz trucks.

-Manage the entire sales process, including customer inquiries, negotiations, and deal closures.

-Generate revenue by expanding the customer base and identifying new market opportunities.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
