CEM will be responsible for the complete delivery process starting from the first interaction with customer.They will be responsible for providing a customer experience that is unmatchable by any other OEM.Customer Experience Manager will directly report to the CEO/DP on various aspects of consumer experience as well as will be responsible for training of internal staff members time to time .
