Breakdown location: 15 kms from workshop.
Action taken : PCJ Motors team attended vehicle and found electrical fault due to which fan was not working.
Vehicle was loaded with essential goods. Our breakdown team reached at site and arranged part & replaced to made vehicle road worthy.

Customer became happy and appreciated the onsite services by Tata Motors.

*Action taken* : KA approached PCJ Motors team. Vehicle was loaded with wheat & to be delivered on time. Our breakdown team reached breakdown site with in 1:30 hours & found wiring issue due to that vehilcle was unable to move. Our team arranged part & replaced on site. Convinced customer to bring his vehicle to workshop for checkup.Customer was agreed for the same.Our team made vehicle on road with in 2 hours.

Customer highly appreciated the efforts & Conveyed best compliments to TATA motors for the support in this crucial time.
