Hello STEK ~ Really strange why would our customer recommend his kindergarten days friend to ๐ข๐ฝ๐๐ถ๐บ๐๐บ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐น๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ with the E450 although he's had the worst experience as the yellowing concerns on one of his cars were outrightly rejected when brought to the notice of your channel partner here in
Again, out of the 10 odd cars that we have had the honor & privilege to work on, majorly the STEK brand of ppf was installed as our choice of a protection film on a lot many of his vehicles & like all our other customers, this customer too did not & never cared about the brand of ppf as our choice on his vehicles. (nor have any of our customers cared or given importance to the brand)
A very fine example of a customer recommending Optimum Detailerz to his friend with the E450 although he's the one who suffered due to the unethical, unprofessional & unpardonable business practices.
Let me know your views as per your convenience, need to forward the same to the customer. Surely doesn't suit me to keep on profusely apologising for and on behalf of worthless people for no fault of ours. I'm not over here in the automobile detailing industry to apologize on behalf of unethical, unprofessional people.
