A 48-year-old woman presented with painful periods and heavy menstrual bleeding, along with a history of one C-section 19 years ago. After a detailed evaluation, she was diagnosed with Adenomyosis—a condition in which the inner lining of the uterus (endometrium) grows into the muscular wall of the uterus.

This condition can cause:
✔️ Heavy menstrual bleeding
✔️ Irregular bleeding
✔️ Painful periods
✔️ Lower abdominal heaviness and discomfort

In this case, I performed a hysterectomy (removal of the uterus) to provide definitive treatment. I am happy to share that the patient is recovering well after surgery.

⚠️ If you are experiencing heavy or painful periods, irregular bleeding, or persistent pelvic discomfort, don't ignore these symptoms. Early consultation with a qualified gynaecologist can help diagnose the underlying cause and ensure timely treatment.

A successful Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy (TLH) was performed on a 51-year-old patient who presented with heavy menstrual bleeding. Following a hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy that revealed abnormalities, the patient underwent minimally invasive surgery with removal of the uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes.
Thanks to Minimal Access (Laparoscopic) Surgery, she experienced less pain, minimal blood loss, faster recovery, and an early discharge. She is recovering well and has been discharged in stable condition.
✨ Why choose Minimally Invasive Surgery?
✔️ Smaller incisions
✔️ Less post-operative pain
✔️ Faster recovery
✔️ Minimal blood loss
✔️ Shorter hospital stay
✔️ Quicker return to daily activities

⚕️ Abnormal Uterine Bleeding After 50? Don't Ignore It.
A 52-year-old woman with uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension presented with abnormal uterine bleeding. Her ultrasound revealed an abnormally thickened uterine lining, which required further evaluation.
To diagnose the cause, a hysteroscopy was performed—a minimally invasive procedure that allows us to examine the inside of the uterus using a tiny camera and take a biopsy from any suspicious areas if needed. We are currently awaiting the biopsy report.
✅ Early diagnosis can make a significant difference. If you're experiencing abnormal bleeding after menopause or have irregular bleeding, don't delay seeking medical attention.
✨ Why choose Minimal Access Surgery?
✔ Less pain
✔ Smaller incisions
✔ Faster recovery
✔ Shorter hospital stay
✔ Quicker return to daily life

🌙💙 Tired eyes, but happy smiles!
Last night, an expectant mother arrived with complaints of abdominal pain and her water had already broken. On evaluation, the baby's CTG tracing showed a drop in heartbeat, indicating fetal distress — a situation that required immediate action.
An emergency C-section was performed in the middle of the night, and we were blessed with the safe delivery of a healthy baby boy weighing 2.7 kg. 👶💙
Today, both mother and baby are doing well. This is a reminder that timely diagnosis, correct decision-making, and prompt intervention can make all the difference in ensuring the safety of both mother and child.
Every healthy birth is a team effort and a moment worth celebrating. ❤️

This was an interesting case of MRKH (Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser Syndrome), a rare congenital condition affecting approximately 1 in 4,500 female births.
The patient presented with:
✔️ Primary amenorrhea (never having menstrual periods)
✔️ Difficulty with sexual in*******se
✔️ Inability to conceive
Women with MRKH are born without a fully developed uterus, although their ovaries function normally. While natural pregnancy is not possible, motherhood can still be achieved through surrogacy using their own eggs, and in select cases, uterine transplantation may offer hope in the future.
To improve quality of life and sexual function, reconstructive surgery can be performed to create a neovagina, as demonstrated in this case.
Early diagnosis, proper counseling, and individualized treatment can help patients lead fulfilling and confident lives.

A successful case of Heavy Menstrual Bleeding (HMB) due to fibroid uterus in a 47-year-old patient with a history of two normal deliveries.
Despite associated high blood sugar, the surgery was successfully performed with minimal intraoperative blood loss, and the patient is recovering well postoperatively 💙
Early diagnosis and expert care make all the difference.
