Toyota Expands its Dealer Network in Bangalore
• Viva Toyota joins the 3S dealership network of Toyota dealers in India
• Viva Toyota to handle sales, service and spares for customers in Bangalore
• Outlet to offer insurance and financing options as well
• The company expanded its dealer network to 173 outlets in 2011
Bangalore, February 18th, 2012- Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. (TKM) today announced the inauguration of its new Dealership-Viva Toyota in Bangalore. The new outlet offers sales, service, spares, financing and insurance facilities. It is aimed at being accessible to the customers in Bangalore. The new dealership will offer an enhanced purchase experience.
Spread over a total area of about 80000 sq ft, Viva Toyota has 18 general service bays, 20 body and paint bays and 1 paint booth besides having a showroom and 102 parking bays.
Viva Toyota, Bangalore is the latest to join the network of exclusive Toyota '3S' dealership spread across India. ‘3S’ signifies Sales, Service and Spare parts under one roof. This is Toyota's unique approach to customer care and service. Viva Toyota will initially have around 88 trained personnel. The sales, service and spare parts officers in the dealership have been trained extensively by Toyota. Viva Toyota is similar to the other Toyota dealerships in India, meeting Toyota’s international standards of quality and service. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art tools, equipment and necessary spare parts.
Speaking at the occasion, Mr. Hiroshi Nakagawa, Managing Director, TKM said, “We have received an overwhelming response for our products in Bangalore. To meet the increasing demands and the sale of Etios, Etios Liva and other Toyota vehicles, setting up another dealership in Bangalore was necessary. With this, we aim to serve our customers better through greater accessibility and also offer Toyota’s Q Class service to all our customers”.
Also present at the occasion, Mr. Sandeep Singh, Deputy Managing Director, Marketing, TKM said, “In line with its growth, Toyota will continue with its expansion plan in India by adding to its existing network of dealerships across the country. With Toyota’s dealership thrust, we aim to bring quality services closer to our customers.”
Also present at the function were Mr Hidehisa Nagae, Executive Managing Co Ordinator, Mr Sailesh Shetty, Vice President, Mr Mahesh N Salkar Vice President.
