As part of our World Health Day celebrations, PMR kickstarted its Health Week with an insightful and engaging nutrition session led by a certified expert from Max Healthcare.

The session, conducted by Ms. Hitika Chhabra, was not just informative but truly eye-opening. It encouraged all of us to pause and reflect on our everyday eating habits and the small yet impactful choices we make in our busy corporate lives.

What made the session even more special was the overwhelming participation from our PAN India teams. As the floor opened for questions, it quickly turned into a vibrant exchange of thoughts, concerns, and real-life challenges around maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

With great patience and clarity, Ms. Chhabra addressed every query, sharing practical tips and simple strategies to help us make better food choices without disrupting our 9 to 5 routines.
