ORIX Leasing & Financial Services India Limited (OLFS)

OLFS has been carved out of OAIS to focus on Financing Activities of the Group in the Non Banking Finance Space in India. We specialize in providing flexible financing solutions to corporates for leasing cars to its employees as well as providing Commercial Vehicle Loans to the retail sector. To address the funding needs of the SME sector we also provide loan against property to SME at attractive terms. This helps them arrange funds for business expansion as well as debt consolidation. With ORIX Corporation Japan, being the promoter, OLFS has the management bandwidth and the capital support to pe*****te all revenues of the business, that are permitted for foreign owned NBFC's in India. Our women colleagues based in Mumbai recently joined hundreds of others at Pinkathon, India’s biggest women’s run to champion the cause of women’s health. From 3K to 10K, they ran to celebrate fitness, fun, and the strength of women.

We had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Yoshihiko Miyauchi, Senior Chairman, ORIX Corporation at our Delhi office recently. This visit was a special occasion marked by enriching cultural exchange, insightful discussions, and the strategic alignment between ORIX India and our parent group, ORIX Corporation.

The day included strategic discussions with our Senior Management Team, focusing on India’s growth journey and expansion across our key business lines – lease, mobility, and lending. This was followed by an office tour and interactions with our teams offering valuable insights into our operations and workplace culture.

This visit holds special significance as it coincides with our 30th anniversary celebrations, reflecting the Group’s strong support and confidence in our vision and India’s growing importance on the global map.

Mr. Miyauchi acknowledged India as a high-potential growing market and emphasized the importance of expanding our footprint in India by taking calculated risks.
