Hello All,
Before knowing the fact, we had to clearly understand what's happening around. As we know the biggest economical struck of India is directly impact the automobile industry. Due to this impact most of the sales were down in the sector. As a result of this impact all dealerships have faced the financial crisis. They have lowering the cost of every car to balance this, but in the service centers the condition is totally upside down.

As the production have stopped which eventually lower the movement of ancillary/spare parts to the industries. So they have moving it by using service centers.

How!
In general the service center go for repair or replace of faulty parts. The ratio was came around 45% for repair and 55% for replace, early 2019. But now they directly go for an 100% replacement of parts even it can be repaired easily.
This is how the service centers balancing there financial drop.
