Some things hurt more than others.
Musafirr was never just a shop for me. It started with a dream, and today, whatever it has become is because of your love, trust and support. ❤️
Every single day, I give my everything to Musafirr — my time, my energy and my heart — constantly thinking about how we can improve our products, our service and the experience we provide to every customer who walks through our doors.
Recently, some words about our store genuinely broke my heart.
Especially the way the gifts we give to our customers were spoken about.
For us, a gift is never about its price, brand or monetary value.
A gift is a token of love. ❤️
It is our small way of saying thank you to someone who chose to support us. It may be worth ₹100 or ₹1,000 — but the emotion behind it cannot be measured by its price.
We may not always be perfect. We may make mistakes. And if anyone has ever had a bad experience at Musafirr, I sincerely apologise. 🙏
But please know that behind this store are people who genuinely care.
From Day 1 until today, I have given my everything to Musafirr. And seeing how far we have come sometimes makes me emotional because I know how much effort, sacrifice and love has gone into this journey.
I don’t want to answer harsh words with harsh words.
I just want to say thank you.
Thank you to every customer who walked through our doors.
Thank you to everyone who trusted us.
Thank you to everyone who supported us when we were just starting.
And thank you to everyone who continues to believe in Musafirr.
You are the reason we are here.
We will listen.

We will improve.
And we will keep giving our best.
