The result? 10 winning ideas that reflect the power of continuous improvement.

On the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, we are proud to welcome Sub Pramod Kumar (Retd.) to the Gear Excellence Division as Team Leader 3 – Admin, Security, Safety & Estate Management under the Veteran Integration Pilot Programme.

A distinguished Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) from the Armoured Corps, Sub Pramod Kumar served the Indian Army with dedication for over 26 years. Throughout his military career, he held key leadership positions as a Recce Troop Leader, Squadron Havaldar Major, and Technical NCO, ensuring the operational readiness, maintenance, and efficiency of Armoured Fighting Vehicles and Wheeled Vehicles. His journey reflects exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to discipline.

Following his retirement, he brought his experience to the corporate sector as a Security Officer at Thriveni Earthmovers Pvt. Ltd., where he led a large-scale security operation involving 90 supervisors and over 1,500 security personnel. His expertise in security management, emergency response planning, threat assessment, and operational coordination equips him to lead with confidence in complex industrial environments.

At Sanjeev Auto, Sub Pramod Kumar will play a pivotal role in strengthening plant security, reinforcing safety and administrative discipline, and enhancing estate management across the Gear Excellence Division. His blend of military leadership, technical knowledge, and structured ex*****on will further strengthen our culture of operational excellence.

On the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, we proudly recognise and formally welcome Hav Narayan Shrikhande (Retd.) into his expanded role as Team Leader 3 – Security, Safety, Admin & Estate Management under the Veteran Integration Pilot Programme at our Gear Excellence Division.

A proud veteran of the Maratha Light Infantry, Hav Shrikhande served the Indian Army with distinction for over 17 years, including deployments in some of the nation’s most demanding operational regions—Drass, Kargil, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Rajasthan, Siachen, Leh, and Jammu & Kashmir. His military career reflects unwavering commitment, discipline, and excellence in field administration, operational logistics, stores management, and construction oversight.

Since joining Sanjeev Auto, he has played an instrumental role as Hostel Warden for our Graduate Engineer Trainees and Interns, mentoring young professionals and instilling the values of discipline, punctuality, accountability, and teamwork. His calm leadership and people-first approach have earned the respect of colleagues across the organisation.

As he takes on this expanded leadership responsibility, Hav Shrikhande will continue strengthening our security systems, safety culture, estate management, and administrative excellence, bringing the same dedication to industry that he once devoted to serving the nation.

A distinguished Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) from the Armoured Corps, Sub Balwinder Singh served the Indian Army with dedication for over 26 years, leading specialised reconnaissance troops in operational environments and later serving as the Senior JCO of an Armoured Squadron. His leadership was instrumental in ensuring the discipline, morale, operational readiness, and welfare of more than 120 soldiers.

Following his military service, he successfully transitioned into the corporate sector, overseeing site administration, workforce discipline, safety management, and estate operations in the renewable energy industry. His calm leadership, structured approach, and ability to build high-performing teams make him a valuable addition to Sanjeev Auto.

At Sanjeev Auto, he will lead initiatives to strengthen security, safety, estate management, and administrative excellence across the Gear Excellence Division, bringing with him the values of integrity, discipline, and operational excellence that define our Veteran Integration Programme.
