VW Polo GT DQ200 MultiClutch Replacement 👨🏻‍🔧

Customer concern: hard jerks while shifting and limited gear engagement.
During inspection, water contamination was found inside the transmission. Gearbox oil were completely mixed with water also heavy rust was found inside the clutch housing and excessive wear on the release bearings/forks.
Work carried out:
• OEM DQ200 MultiClutch Kit replaced
• OEM Flywheel replaced
• OEM Transmission Oil replaced
• OEM Mechatronic Oil replaced
Heavy mud,rust deposits and contamination cleaned from inside and outside of the transmission housing

Entire gearbox housing was properly cleaned before assembly to ensure contamination free installation of new components.

Skoda Rapid 1.6 MPI – Major Work Done 👨🏻‍🔧

Customer came with complaint of noise just after starting the car, along with overheating and coolant getting empty.

On inspection, we found the water pump was making noise and the thermostat housing had leakage, which was causing coolant loss and heating issue.

Work done:
Water pump replaced (OEM)
Thermostat body replaced (OEM spec Aftermarket)

Complete system checked and cleaned properly
Along with this,

full service done using all OEM parts:

Engine oil
Oil filter
Air filter
Cabin filter
Coolant

Now the engine is running smooth, no abnormal noise, no overheating, and coolant level is stable.

Volkswagen Polo 1.5 TDI (Manual) | Oil Leak Repair, Engine tune-up & Service

This Volkswagen Polo 1.5 TDI came in with concerns of oil leakage, knocking sound during cold start, poor starting and due periodic service.

During inspection we found oil leakage from the camshaft seal, which had spread across the timing belt area. Further diagnosis revealed leakage from the crankshaft timing side seal and the tappet cover gasket.

The timing side area was completely contaminated with oil and the belt had deteriorated due to oil exposure. Although the timing kit and water pump were recently replaced by the customer at a dealership, the belt was already affected. For safety, we replaced only the timing belt with a new OEM Volkswagen belt to eliminate any risk of belt slip.

During further inspection we also found the oil pump belt cracked, and the oil pickup pipe contained sludge and debris, which required proper cleaning before reassembly.

Work Performed

• OEM VW Timing Belt – Replaced
• OEM VW Oil Pump Belt – Replaced
• OEM VW Alternator Belt Tensioner Bearing – Replaced
• OEM VW Camshaft Seal – Replaced
• OEM VW Crankshaft Seal – Replaced
• OEM VW Tappet Cover Gasket – Replaced

The entire timing side was thoroughly cleaned.
The oil sump and crankshaft seal metal bracket were resealed using proper bond/sealant to ensure long-term leak prevention.

• Oil Filter – VW OEM
• Air Filter – VW OEM
• AC/Cabin Filter – VW OEM
• Coolant – VW G12 (Fresh Fill)

Oil system components including the pickup pipe were cleaned to ensure proper lubrication flow.

• Fuel Micro Injection Quantity Adaptation & Injector Coding performed after assembly for smoother engine operation
• Rear Wiper Motor – VW OEM (rear washer not working earlier)
• Front & Rear Wiper Blades – VW OEM

A Polo GT TSI Came In With heating Issues….

we got a Volkswagen Polo 1.2 GT TSI in our garage with a complaint of coolant leakage and overheating.
At first, it seemed like a small issue but after a full check-up, we realized the car needed some serious attention.

The thermostat was leaking, the temperature sensor had failed, and the coolant had lost its efficiency.
We decided to give this GT a complete service and DSG (DQ200) maintenance to bring it back to perfect health.
