MK2 E Type Jaguar
Customer was told by several bodyshops that it couldn't be repaired so we did. Most of the early work to realign was carried out using wood malets to reduce any further damage. 90% of bonnet was then metal finished with the help of blue engineering dye. Red lines are for profiles from good side of bonnet at 100mm increments with steel profiles of side profiles to match curves from side to front.

Complete new aluminium body and steel tube frame for this 1932 Rover P 1 special. This project included new mudguards x4, new floor, hub caps X 4, lower front apron and Rear spare wheel Cover.

New sunroof skin for Honda Prelude made on wheeling machine. The thin strips of metal (sweeps) are formed on the original to insure an exact copy.
