We're looking for a friendly, motivated person to join our sales team. No motor industry experience needed - bring enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in helping customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
◾Welcome customers to the showroom and learn how to understand their needs.
◾Build your knowledge of the Volkswagen range and explain features clearly.
◾Help customers explore their options and arrange test drives with the team.
◾Learn the sales process, from first enquiry through to vehicle handover.
◾Follow up on enquiries, keep customer records accurate and stay organised.
◾Work alongside experienced colleagues to make collection day something special.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
◾A friendly, approachable manner and strong listening skills.
◾Enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to learn.
◾A genuine interest in helping customers and building relationships.
◾Good organisation and attention to detail.
◾Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
◾A positive team attitude and motivation to build a career in sales.
Experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is welcome, but motor industry experience is not essential. You don't need to arrive knowing every model - we'd love to meet someone who listens, follows through and enjoys making people feel welcome.
