Beautiful set of entrance gates that were fitted today. Matched to same RAL colour of doors and windows. Bottom panels with cross folds and curved top bar with post finials really make these a statement set of gates. Custom brackets made using 20mm pins and concrete screws used to secure to piers.
Clients very happy to have these done for peace of mind when children are out playing

2 interior baffles fitted as requested by client and fittings to allow easy and quick install. Tank was polished before delivery but forgot to get a photo.

Custom 5.5m long logstore/storage unit fabricated to a customers needs. 2 large 2.6m sliding doors allow easy access to either side and height was maximised based on the fence already installed. Air gap on the bottom to allow drying of logs for winter. Steelwork all gavanised and powdercoated and clear uv resistant sheeting used. Designed to sit off the foothpath to keep access to rear of property.

Old broken timber gates removed and replaced with these maintence free set. Montana woodgrain boards surround by galvanised and powdercoated steelwork. Bolts all powdercoated to match also for a cleaner look. Angle on bottom kept to a minimum to allow for sloping upwards driveway. New owners very happy. Stainless steel lockable dropbolts fitted too.

While docking a fender caught a post and sheared off the top of this stanchion, causing all the handrail wire to lose tension. Welded and polished back to a mirror finish, and wire re tensioned. Back on the water and heading for belfast with a very happy captain ⛵️⛵️

Back to it with a bang 😁.
Custom foldable shelf made for X35 at there next location in abbeyside dungarvan. Shelf is 3.4m long with 40x40 box frame underneath. Used stainless folding bracket to allow shelf fold flat when not in use. Also made was a 2 tier storage unit to house all the bits their customers use. This can be removed easily at the end of the day too. Turned out great and will gibe ample room for everyone getting their coffee fix.

Last side gate just in time for christmas 🎄. Frame galvanised and powder coated, with woodgrain boards fitted using atainless fixings. Chain tie back also fitted so wind cant slam gate closed while open. Looks great beside the new build in giving security and privacy too.

Here we have a 7.5m 350kg roller gate. Made in 2 pieces and assembled on site, runs along 20mm solid bar that was welded to a I beam that was set in the concrete. Wheels are double bearing 180mm diameter ones specifically designed to run on 20mm bar and rated for 1000kg. Will be getting motor and track fitted by electrician but can be easily opened and closed with little effort by hand. 8 Nylon rollers used up top on 2 frames to keep everything straight and true when moving. Frames made from 80x80 box and 50x25 used for vertical bars, 2 pieces joined using m20 rod and nuts. Client very happy with overall result as am I.

New galvanised gates made to style client wanted. Simple design with 50x50 box frame with curved top bar and 21mm pipe used for vertical bars. Small matching side gate also sorted. Old rotton gates removed and dumped while i had the trailer with me.
