We’ve made a big decision about the future of the gym.

From the end of this month, we’ll be removing all weights from the floor.

Over the past year, we’ve been reviewing member behaviour, injury trends, and long-term results — and one thing has become clear:

Most people don’t need more weight.
They need better movement.

So we’re officially transitioning into a stretching and mobility-focused facility.

No more heavy lifting.
No more pressure to “go harder.”

Just:

Mobility
Flexibility
Injury prevention
Feel-good training

We genuinely believe this is the direction the industry is heading — and we want to lead it.

All memberships will automatically transfer to our new “Move Better” programme.

The Real Enemy: All-or-Nothing Thinking!

Many people fall into this trap:
“If I can’t train 4–5 days a week, what’s the point?”

The point is adaptation.
The body responds to stimulus — even small, consistent stimulus.

Three moderate sessions done every week for six months will outperform:
Five intense sessions done for two weeks before burnout.
Perfection is built slowly. Not in heroic bursts.
