TO FIX OR NOT TO FIX......PUNCTURES.,
That is the question.

Does your tyre look like new but you've been advised to replace it?
If there is a puncture on the side wall it should not be repaired.
In Ireland, tyre professionals strictly adhere to the BSAU 159 standard, meaning sidewall punctures cannot be repaired safely. Because the sidewall flexes while driving, any patch will fail, creating a severe blowout risk. You must replace a tyre with sidewall damage.
Please don't get annoyed .....all we want is to keep you and your family safe on the road.
