Immediate vacancy in a busy paint/automotive retail/wholesaler based in Newcastle West.

Ideal candidate should have:
• Experience in customer service roles.
• Experience with stock/inventory management/warehouse roles.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Experience/proven interest in the motor trade, agricultural and industrial machinery.
• A customer focus and team player.
• Strong work ethic

Job Responsibilities including:
• Provide friendly and efficient service to retail and wholesale customers across counter, phone and email channels.
• Fulfilment of outgoing orders including preparation, packaging, arranging distribution and collecting payment.
• Manage warehouse inventory, process incoming orders, and monitor stock levels.
