‼️Huge congratulations to Martin and Evan on completing their IBT this weekend! ‼️
And what a weekend to finish our last IBT of the summer! 🌧️😂
Saturday treated us to enough rain to soak us right to the bones. Proper Irish summer stuff. But after a summer that was far too hot, it was actually a bit of a relief. Honestly, we didn’t mind at all. Well... maybe our socks had a different opinion. 😂
Martin and Evan certainly weren’t bothered by a wet surface either. If anything, Mother Nature decided to throw in some free advanced weather training right from the start!
Before hitting the road, the lads built a solid foundation with the Rules of the Road and plenty of practical work on slow riding, tight turns, engine braking and, most importantly, stopping safely when things don’t quite go according to plan.
Then came Sunday and the real fun. 🏍️🏍️
It was brilliant watching both lads out on the bikes, handling the busy traffic through Newbridge and Naas, cruising past the sheep on the Curragh , working on their lane positioning and enjoying those lovely twisty roads around Kilcullen.
From slow manoeuvres in the training area to confidently dealing with real traffic in just one weekend. That’s what it’s all about.
Martin and Evan, thank you both for an absolutely brilliant weekend, for your commitment, your good humour and, most importantly, your willingness to listen, learn and give everything a proper go.
Stay safe out there, enjoy your new adventure and remember...

‼️FIRST ATTEMPT ‼️
🏍️ Massive congratulations to Brian on passing his test FIRST TIME! 🥳👏
And doing it on this absolutely stunning Ducati. Because apparently passing the test wasn’t enough, he had to look good doing it too. 😂
Brian came to me through a recommendation from one of his mates. Unfortunately for Brian, he hadn’t done his IBT with me, so said mate conveniently forgot to mention just how intense I can be. A small detail, really. 😇😂
It took us a little while to figure each other out and build the right dynamic. Brian quickly discovered that I have opinions. Lots of them. Usually delivered loudly and repeatedly. 🤣 But once we found our rhythm, the progress was brilliant.
The effort, the stamina, the determination and, perhaps most impressively, his incredible resistance to my endless complaints all paid off. 😂
Brian, this pass is so deserved. You worked bloody hard for today’s success and I genuinely couldn’t be prouder or happier for you.

‼️ BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO RORY! ‼️
Rory passed his test in Naas today, and the joy on his face leaving the test centre was absolutely priceless! 😁🙌
To be fair, he was pretty well trained already. He did two IBTs with us... he just took the scenic route to actually doing the test because life got in the way! 😂
Rory is a proper full time biker, commuting to James’s Hospital through Dublin traffic all year round. And anyone who rides in Dublin knows that staying safe in that madness has very little to do with perfect test riding! 😜
So he came back for a pretest lesson, tidied up a few things and, being the smart, patient and seriously chilled rider he is, got it sorted very quickly.
Rory, you made Ivan and me really proud today. ❤️ Thanks for the laughs, the trust and the brilliant journey.
Keep it safe, keep it fun, and hopefully I’ll see you out on the road soon! 🏍️

🏍️ IBT Completed! 🏍️
A massive congratulations to Ciaran, Jack, Greg and John on completing their IBT over the weekend! 👏
What a fantastic group of people. It was an absolute pleasure spending the whole weekend with you all.
The lads arrived on Saturday with different levels of experience on bikes, but it didn’t take long before everyone found their rhythm and started making great progress.
Saturday was packed with learning. Lots of twists and turns, slow manoeuvres, engine braking, emergency stops and plenty more. By the end of the day we were all tired, but everyone headed home with big smiles and looking forward to Sunday.
☀️ Sunday welcomed us with amazing weather. Perfect conditions for getting out for a proper spin!
After the lads had listened to enough about the Rules of the Road 😄, we headed out around County Kildare to put everything into practice.
Everyone did a fantastic job. It was great to see the confidence building throughout the day, both in traffic and out on the country roads. Plenty learned, plenty improved and, most importantly, everyone enjoyed themselves.
Now it’s time to get a bike and start enjoying the adventure! 🏍️
Ciaran, Jack, Greg and John, thank you for choosing us to be part of your motorcycle journey. It was a pleasure having you with us for the weekend.

🏍️ Congratulations Pat aka Whacker! 🛵👏
A huge well done to Pat on completing his IBT renewal today! What a brilliant Monday and an absolute pleasure to spend it in Whacker’s company.
We managed to fit in a bit of everything ...beautiful country roads, Newbridge town, a stop to say hello to the good people of Kilcullen, the Naas test route and, most importantly, coffee and a few good gossips! ☕😂
And then there was Pat’s absolutely stunning, custom-made Vespa. 😍 Everywhere we went, people were turning their heads for another look. Naturally, I was delighted… because as we all know, I absolutely love attention. 😅😂
But today was really about the riding, and Whacker did a fantastic job. It was great watching him improve throughout the day. By the end, he had really opened up as a rider, smooth, confident, relaxed and, most importantly, full of smiles. That’s exactly what biking should be about. 🏍️😁
I honestly couldn’t imagine a better way to start the week. Great roads, plenty of laughs, good coffee, a gorgeous Vespa and even better company.
Pat, thank you for letting me be a little part of your biking journey. It was an absolute delight spending the day with you, and I’m sure I’ll see you out and about on the roads.
Congratulations again, Whacker! 👏

‼️Massive congratulations to David, Eamonn, Tom and Kris on completing their IBT this weekend! 👏‼️
What a fantastic two days on the bikes. It was brilliant watching every single one of you improve hour by hour. Confidence went up, skills got sharper, and the smiles under those helmets definitely got bigger 😎
By Sunday, I genuinely couldn’t believe my own eyes. I unleashed the whole gang onto the roads of Co. Kildare, spinning through a few towns like seasoned pros 😂 A huge difference from where we started on Saturday morning!
Thank you, lads, for the great vibes, the laughs, the passion and for actually listening to me... most of the time 👀😂
This is only the beginning of your new adventure, and we’re really proud to have been part of it. Now comes the dangerous bit... choosing your own bike and convincing yourself that all those accessories are “absolutely necessary” 💸😂
Looking forward to seeing you all out there on your own bikes very soon.

🏍️ Massive congratulations to Janek on completing his IBT Module 5 today! 🎉
Time absolutely flies! I hadn’t seen this lad for nearly four years, and then completely out of nowhere the phone rings…“Hi, my IBT is out of date.” Sure Janek… only TWO YEARS out of date 😅😂 No panic whatsoever!
It was genuinely fantastic to see him again and have a proper catch up. Obviously, after disappearing for that long, there had to be consequences… so I made him suffer through enough roundabouts to make sure he remembers me this time 😂🔄🏍️
And after two days of riding, plenty of roundabouts and probably Janek quietly questioning his life choices, I can say with a completely clear conscience that he is absolutely ready for his new bike arriving on Thursday! 😎🔥
Thank you Janek for a lovely two days. It was brilliant catching up with you.
And please… don’t be a stranger for another four years! 😂
We still have that small little thing called PASSING YOUR TEST to sort out soon 👀😂

🏍️ Massive congratulations to John, Evan, Darragh and Brian! 🏍️
What an absolutely brilliant weekend! Full of laughs, chats, a healthy amount of gossip 👀 and nothing but good vibes from start to finish.
Everyone arrived with a different level of experience, but it didn’t take long before you were all riding so well that we had to start pretending we were still teaching you something 😂
Saturday definitely tested us. It was a little too warm for my liking 🥵 By the end of the day, I think we were all equally qualified in riding motorcycles and searching for shade. Tired faces, sweaty helmets, but still plenty of smiles!😊
We had a fantastic Sunday spin around Co. Kildare with plenty of lovely twisty roads to enjoy. You also successfully survived the traffic of Newbridge, Kilcullen and Naas, which deserves some sort of extra qualification on its own 😂
The riding from all four of you was absolutely fantastic. Watching the confidence grow throughout the weekend and seeing those massive smiles afterwards is exactly why we love doing what we do.
Thank you, John, Evan, Darragh and Brian, for such a great weekend. Thank you for the laughs, the passion, the patience and for being such a brilliant group. We genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better team on IBT.😎

What a way to finish a busy and successful week!
Massive congratulations to Kosta on passing his motorcycle test today... and doing it at the FIRST ATTEMPT! 🏍️👏
Kosta is genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of teaching. He's a big fella in full leathers on a massive bike, which might look a little intimidating, right up until he gives you that trademark smile. Then you realise he's one of the calmest and kindest people you'll ever meet.
I tried everything to rattle him. My constant complaining, my endless yapping, my usual instructor madness... absolutely nothing worked. Every complaint was met with a smile. I was beginning to take it personally! 😅
The way he rides, the confidence, the control, and the attitude he brings to every ride meant this result was never really in doubt😎
Now he's heading off to sea for a few months as a fully qualified biker. That's a pretty nice feeling to leave with. The only downside is I'll have to wait a while before we can get out for a proper spin together when he's back in Ireland.
Kosta, you've made your instructor incredibly proud today. Thank you for trusting me, for your hard work, and for proving that staying calm really is a superpower.
Enjoy every mile, stay safe, and I'll see you on the road when you're back. Happy weekend everyone! 🍀🏍️

‼️FIRST ATTEMPT ‼️
Big congratulations to Darragh on smashing his bike test today in Naas! 🏍️👏
Darragh started IBT with me last year and it didn't take long before the motorcycle bug bit hard. First came the bike, then a jacket... then another jacket... matching helmets... and before you knew it, the house was starting to look like a motorcycle shop.
From day one, everything came ridiculously naturally to him. Some people wrestle with the basics. Darragh just seemed to get it. The only challenge was switching from weekend spins with the lads to "test mode," because anyone who's done both knows they're two completely different rides. Thankfully, being the fast learner he is, he flipped that switch in no time.😎
The result? An almost flawless ride and a well deserved pass.💯
I honestly couldn't be happier for you, Darragh. I'm incredibly proud of what you've achieved. Wishing you endless bike adventures, thousands of miles of smiles, and plenty of stories from the road. Just don't forget to keep me posted.
And finally, thank you for the effort, the commitment, and most importantly, for surviving all my yapping without asking for a refund. That alone deserves a certificate.
