Best of luck to all of my students anxiously awaiting their Leaving Certificate results this morning. Even though you can’t see past the initial results- everything will work out the way it’s meant to be. I didn’t get my first choice of teaching when I did my own Leaving Certificate. I ended up doing a degree, a masters and a postgraduate diploma which led me a different way to becoming a secondary school teacher. Today, I own a bus company and am a driving instructor and haven’t taught in a classroom for the past 7 years!! No matter what way things go today- you will be ok 🫶 Michelle x

Congratulations to my camera shy lady who passed her test in Newcastle West this afternoon. This student was an absolute pleasure to teach. She took every piece of instruction in her stride, studied extra material in her spare time and genuinely enjoyed her lessons and every bit of praise she received. After a backlog of no tests, Aoife interrupts the break with an amazing pass this afternoon. Aoife dedicated a lot of time and energy into preparing for her driving test and I never had a doubt that things would go her way today. Enjoy some extra celebrations on your leaving cert holiday with today’s great achievement 🎉🥳🚗
