🚐🇮🇪 CAMPER VAN OWNERS OF KERRY… WE NEED TO TALK.

If your camper van👀
🌧️ Smells slightly of wet socks and regret

Today at DC Detail Lab we rescued this Fiat Ducato camper van from what can only be described as a long-term relationship with moss 🌿🚐😂

The outside had gone full “forgotten greenhouse” after being neglected for a couple of months, with green build-up everywhere
🤢🍃
Safe to say it now looks about 10 years younger and ready to leave the campsite without embarrassing the owner ✨🧼

Inside was no better 😅
A bit of mould 🤮, grubby seats 🪑, stained bedding 🛏️, and floors that had clearly seen one too many muddy adventures 👣🌧️ Everything was stripped out, cleaned, treated, and brought back to life 💪🫧

Now it’s fresh, sharp, and fully ready for summer road trips ☀️🏕️🔥 instead of starring in a wildlife documentary 🦆😂

☀️ Killarney this week is going to be absolute chaos… tourists everywhere, bikes flying around the National Park, fellas walking around in sleeveless tops after 14 minutes of sunshine 😭🌞

Meanwhile your car’s sitting outside in the heat getting cooked harder than chips in Quinlan’s 🚗🔥🍟

Because between the Kerry dust, the pollen, the seagulls with attitude and lads leaning on your car outside the shop saying “that’s some shine bai”… your paintwork hasn’t a hope 😭

Last sitting with the Porsche Tour Ireland crew 🚗💨
Originally there were 11 cars booked months ago, so extra reinforcements were called in… then it changed to 9. Didn’t matter. The 4 of us landed in like a discount Fast & Furious crew from Munster 😂
Cars everywhere, pressure on, radios going… and somehow every single one of us kept “accidentally” ending up in the Turbo S 👀🤣
You’d swear the thing needed a full diagnostic lap around kerry every 20 minutes.

“Just bringing it to the wash bay.”
Brother… the wash bay is 40 feet away.
At one stage I think the lads were timing bathroom breaks around who left the keys unattended 😭

Funny enough😉🤣
nobody argued over polishing cloths
nobody argued over tea runs
nobody argued over moving the boring cars
But once the Turbo S started up it turned into WWE: Valeting Edition 💀

This Audi A5 came into DC Detail Lab for a full gloss enhancement, and the transformation speaks for itself 🔥

We carried out a deep enhancement process designed to maximise clarity, depth, and overall gloss throughout the paintwork. The red paint on this A5 is something you rarely see, but once corrected and refined properly, it absolutely comes alive under the light. Every curve now has a richer, wetter look with sharp reflections bouncing across the panels.

Our gloss enhancement safely removed light swirl marks, dullness, and surface haze, restoring that smooth mirror-like finish while boosting the richness of the colour. The result is a finish that looks cleaner, sharper, and far more vibrant from every angle.
It’s always satisfying working on something a little different, and this one definitely turned heads leaving the studio 🚗✨

A recent visit from this stunning Honda Integra Type R (DC2) at DC Detail Lab. Fully restored and a huge credit to its owner. This car is absolutely spotless from top to bottom. 🏁✨
