🌍💚 An early start for a very worthwhile cause: Park Ri Zambrero Park RÌ Kells and Eureka Secondary School join forces for Zambrero's Plate 4 Plate Packing Day.
Bright and early this morning, Thursday 15th October, 30 Transition Year students from Eureka Secondary School, Kells, accompanied by two of their teachers, set off for the RDS in Dublin to take part in Zambrero Ireland's annual Plate 4 Plate Meal Packing Day.
The students were delighted to accept an invitation from Damien Duffy, Operations Director at Park Rí Kells, and the Zambrero Park Rí team to be part of this fantastic initiative.
🚌 Joining the students on their early morning journey were their teachers, Mary Mullaghy, Vice Principal, and Stephen McKee, along with members of the Park Rí team:

🌍 Making a difference, one meal at a time
Today's event brings together thousands of volunteers to pack nutritious meals in partnership with Rise Against Hunger, helping to provide food for people experiencing hunger and food insecurity around the world.
What a wonderful opportunity for these young students to experience the importance of teamwork, volunteering and giving back, while playing their part in a global initiative.
👏 A huge thank you to Eureka Secondary School, the 30 TY students, their teachers and our Park Rí team for embracing this opportunity with such enthusiasm.
