Es**rt cosworth road car rear diff restoration.

✅Aluminium casing was aqua blasted
✅The hardware was stripped off and zinc plated
✅All flanges & rear bolts were coated not painted

✅Turning an old corroded diff in to looking like a new original looking diff

So as with any restoration project, parts organisation is a major part of the job but it was especially important with this car given the way the parts arrived to me, here is a short
video (speeded up😅😅) of me laying out some of the parts to check initial condition and trying to get part numbers for parts ordering. Enjoy🎬🍿

So as promised here is a few photos of the next project,

An original Grp A es**rt cosworth🔥😋

This car came to me in “kit form” as u can see from the photos🫣🫣,

it’s a car that has been stripped for over 10 years and is in desperate need of some TLC

so over the next while it will get restored back to it original ”popping and banging, fire spitting glory”

With out boring you with photos (even though I might😆) i will try to keep you up to date with the restoration.

So that’s the Evo pretty well wrapped up, please follow the page for updates on the next project, I’ll upload some pics during the week, in the mean time any idea what it is, here’s a little clue!
