Amber Oil Terms and Conditions Facebook and Instagram Competitions


1. Entrants to the competition must be aged 18 or over

2. Winners will be notified in writing.

Amber Oil has been a trusted fuel supplier in Fermoy since 1980, delivering heating oil and agri diesel to North Cork, Tipperary and selected locations in Waterford and Kilkenny. The competition is not open to employees (or relatives of employees) of Greenergy or employees (or relatives of employees) of any Inver or Amber branded filling station

3. The closing date for the competition is specifie

d by Amber case by case

4. In case of winning a fuel voucher the winner will be asked to nominate an Amber filling station where the fuel voucher will be used. The fuel voucher will be posted to the nominated filling station and will be available to the winner on production of the letter from Amber announcing them as the winner

5. The judges’ decision will be final

6. The winner’s name and general address (eg.name of county only) will be posted on Facebook [and Amber website]

7. In case of winning a fuel voucher, only original fuel vouchers will be accepted at the Amber filling stations. Copies will not be accepted. Other prizes will be posted to the winner or collected in store as specified.

8. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter any of Amber's competitions.
