The RSA has had to temporarily cease testing at the Kilrush Road Driving Test Centre in Ennis. The Ennis centre is moving temporarily to a new address: - Cusack Room Leisure Centre, Treacy’s West County Hotel, Clare Road, Ennis, Co Clare. Testing commences from the new location from Tuesday 7th June, 2016. All test categories that were available from the previous location at Kilrush Road will also be available at the new location.

If you are driving unaccompanied on a Learners Permit its now worth 2 penalty points, or if you have recently passed your driving test and fail to display your "N" that's also now worth 2 points.

Learner drivers who take to the road unaccompanied are to be given penalty points for the first time.
