AquaHomes Ireland is a rapid solution to the housing crisis that upcycles boats into one bed floating homes. The project was selected during the Trinity College Provost challenge to hack homelessness in Ireland and was selected to take part in their 2019 LaunchBox program. The first AquaHomes prototype was developed.

Our floating homes have one double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Not only this, but our liveaboards will be equipped with state-of-the-art lithium-ion battery power banks, solar panels along with a smart waste removal system which allows our product to not only be Eco-friendly but to have a zero-carbon emission footprint.

AquaHomes Ireland ethos is to develop environmental, sustainable and ethical infrastructure along our waterways.

We believe in Eco-communities that float.
