Our jurisdiction covers the 26 counties with 32 affiliated motor clubs operating under our umbrella, organising 160+ events per year across 11 disciplines. Motorsport Ireland is the governing body for all four wheeled motorsport in Ireland. Motorsport Ireland governs disciplines such as Autocross, Autotest, 4X4 Trials, Hillclimb & Sprints, Karting, Midget Cars, Navigation Trials, Racing, Rally Cross, Rallying and Sporting Trials.

THAT’S A PODIUM!! 🏆🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Absolutely delighted to come away with 3rd Place in the Junior ERC at Rali Ceredigion, securing my debut Junior ERC podium! 🥉

It was a really challenging rally from start to finish, so to bring home a podium is a brilliant result. We showed some great pace throughout the weekend and I’m really pleased with how everything went.

Huge thanks to Liam on the notes, all my sponsors, Tagai Racing Technology and the Motorsport Ireland Rally Academy for all their support!

Motorsport Ireland is delighted to launch Intake 2 of the MI Rally Specific Coaching Programme, kicking off this October.

The Level 1 Coaching Award has been developed to create a recognised coaching pathway in Irish motorsport, giving coaches the knowledge, tools and confidence to support drivers and co-drivers in their technical, tactical and personal development.

Through a combination of in-person workshops, online learning, practical observations and expert-led sessions, participants will develop the skills and standards needed to become confident, capable and respected coaches within Irish motorsport.
