So where does one go from here, what is next...perhaps another vlx600 bobber? maybe, but I think its time to switch things up alittle for a change. Tom was good at building anything, I have only built bobbers, so now its time to take a stab at building something different, and I have just the bike :) This bike belonged to Tom Hanrahan Sr. Tom Junior had stared converting it sometime ago but never got around to finishing it and recently Tom snr gave it to me for helping out with afew things :) This beauty is a Suzuki GS650E and I am going to get started on this really soon in my spare time. I have a really good idea for this bike and I think everyone is going to love it :)

I am so happy from the result today, we won best modified bike :) I am sad that Tom wasn't there to share the moment but I am sure where ever he is he's smiling :) I want to thank everyone who helped get the bike finished, to all the Hanrahan family for all your help, and to Linda, I must have been down to your house 4 or 5 times looking for parts, thank you for your help. To Peter Lumley, although I learned quite abit from Tom, your help was so important and greatly appreciated. To Jeff from Tallaght powder coating, thank you for your help, the work you did was awesome as always. To Ben in Eco blast, the v***r blast you did on the carb is amazing, highly recommend you. To Ken from motorcycle paint shop in Tallaght, thank you for the excellent paintwork and patience. And finally to the owner Adrian, thank you for being so patient, I really hope you like what Tom and I envisioned all those months ago, cherish the bike, its the last of its kind. This photo is just a few snippets of the build from start to finish. Thank you all for following this page and keeping me motivated to get it finished on time for the show.
