Dear Customer,

The safety of our colleagues and our customers is paramount.

Today we have temporarily closed all Van Monster retail sites and trade operations until further notice in line with government restrictions on all non-essential retail stores. We would like to thank all of our Van Monster colleagues for continuing to deliver for our customers right up until our decision to close.

Our colleagues in Northgate Vehicle Hire continue to support hundreds of private, public and charity sector customers in their important work at this challenging time. Their doors remain open as usual.

Dear Customer,

In line with updated government advice, we have now re-opened all our Van Monster retail sites.

To help protect our staff, suppliers and customers, we are encouraging regular and thorough hand washing and the use of hand sanitiser, where available.

In all of our locations we are strictly following the latest social distancing guidelines wherever possible, maintaining 2 metres between our colleagues and our customers. We have removed furniture and spaced this out accordingly in our waiting areas and we politely ask that if the waiting room becomes too busy to accommodate the required 2 metres of social distance between people, customers kindly comply with requests from the onsite team to step outside or take a short walk in a safer area while their place in the queue is held.

We also thank customers in advance for respecting the personal space of our employees and stepping back from the sales desk as requested.

We have put extra measures in place to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers in line with the Irish Government and HSE guidelines.
