Sales Executive Required Full Time Position.

At Weirs Motors we are seeking a full time Senior car salesperson to join our growing team.

Requirements:

Must be able to work on own initiative.
Driven and ambitious in meeting targets on a monthly basis.
Full clean Irish Driver’s licence.
Minimum 2 years’ car sales experience with a dealer.
Smart personal appearance.
Strong communication skills – with customers and internally.
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
Strong negotiating and closing skills.
Enthusiasm to exceed personal goals.
The ideal candidate experience and have knowledge of the used car sales industry.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Managing from start to finish the entire sales process.
Managing day to day tasks.
Answering calls and replying to emails in a professional manor.
Updating websites / social media.
There will be other various tasks assigned to allow for the smooth operation of the business.
The purpose of this role is to assist with the over all operation of the garage.
