Sunshine, teamwork and a little friendly competition... what more could you ask for? ☀️

Matheson joined us for a Summer Challenge packed with activities that got everyone thinking, communicating and cheering each other on.

From navigating obstacle courses to taking on teamwork challenges, every activity kept the energy high and the laughs coming.

A few weeks ago we welcomed the Volkswagen team for an Off-Road Driving Experience that proved team building doesn't have to follow the usual route. 🚙🌿

With expert guidance, they tackled steep inclines, uneven terrain and technical obstacles, all while encouraging each other every step of the way. It was a day packed with adventure, teamwork and just the right amount of mud.

When ICAEW approached Orangeworks to create a CSR team building activity, the goal was simple: bring colleagues together while making a real difference.

After months of planning, 175 delegates came together to build 25 bikes, which were donated to organisations across the Milton Keynes community.

Another brilliant day of team development, helping 60 delegates strengthen communication, collaboration and trust through a series of engaging, hands-on experiences.

The day featured:
🔐 Beat the Box – putting communication, active listening and problem-solving to the test.
🌱 The Green Game – challenging teams to balance business success with sustainability while working towards a common goal.
📊 Team Assessment Tool – encouraging reflection on communication, empathy and cross-functional collaboration.

Every activity was designed to get people talking, thinking differently and discovering practical ways to work better together.

Sometimes it starts with solving challenges as a team, followed by seeing who can hit the target!
We had a brilliant day with Boston Scientific Clonmel, where 20 delegates took on Brainstorm—a fast-paced mix of creative thinking, communication and teamwork—before stepping up for a spot of Axe Throwing.

Different challenges, one goal: bringing people together, building stronger connections and having plenty of fun along the way.

It takes a lot of teamwork to build 21 bikes and 4 tricycles! 🚲

Here's a look behind the scenes from our recent Charity Bike Build with the ICAEW Regulation and Conduct.

From sorting parts and solving challenges to the final inspections, every team played their part in creating bikes that will soon be enjoyed by local charities.

A fantastic afternoon with plenty of teamwork, collaboration and a lasting impact.

Last week we welcomed a team of 16 to the Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge for our Brainstorm experience – a fun-filled challenge that put communication, problem-solving and collaboration to the test.

☀️ Sunshine, teamwork and a little healthy competition... what more could you ask for?

Last week we were delighted to host Corporate Sports Days for the fantastic teams at ESB and OpenMind Networks. From tug of war and relay races to giant games, challenges and plenty of laughs, it was incredible to see everyone getting involved.

Days like these are about more than just winning—they're about building stronger teams, boosting morale and creating memories that last long after the final whistle.

And let's be honest... Ireland couldn't have picked a better week to show off! 😎☀️

A huge thank you to both teams for bringing the energy. We can't wait to do it all again!
